If the user who posted the content believes the removal was made in error, they may file a Counter-Notice (described below).

3. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant, who will have 10 business days to file a court action to prevent the restoration of the content. If no action is taken, the content will be restored.
